Nice game this morning. We are finally back home from Florida/Georgia, so I'm enjoying playing at the normal time. By the way, Donna, I'm still sick after last night. However, this is reposted from yesterday:

lol I took a lot of pepto myself Larry..but we played badly and the Flyers played well, so.......... But it was fun while we lasted in the fray..we never expected it so it was a good time! It pulled the city together and that was a positive thing . Did you have a nice trip Larry? My Dad is Chicago born, so likely we will be rooting in that direction too

We had a great trip, Donna. Spend every afternoon in the pool and ate out every day. We ate so much that we did not stop for lunch yesterday on the way home. We were still stuffed. I'm a Canes fan, but since they did not make the playoffs this year, I'm going for the last of the Original Six left. And, besides, being originally from NJ, I cannot root for the Flyers.

Hello hockey fans everywhere...nice morning in Fla. today,but it was a better night in Phila. last night!

I'm not gonna lie I would have loved for the Canadiens to go to the Stanley cup and win it, it would have made me feel much better about my caps. Halak was quite stellar there for a while. However, now that they are out I definately gotta pull for the Blackhawks, i would love to see 'em take it.

LOL !! Glad it was a good time! Thanks Ber! He has to go for blood tests this morning as a pre op test for tomorrow's hopefully final procedure. But we have thought that before.. like last Wednesday lol Our ride dropped out without telling us so we are cutting it very close getting there on time. Wish us luck!!

Some people hate Cinderella stories Norm. Goalie off waivers almost no playing time just embarrassing 1 of the old timers after another. I think it has to do with the nostalgia craze. Not that I remember but I am guessing that with 6 teams the season must have lasted about two weeks or so. Of course they probably had to fit the games in between blizzards as they had no arenas way back when

Pa...I remember some great fights due to the fact each team played the other so frequently ,there wasn't time to forget the last game's insult!

Well Di if you should check back in the morning it appears you may have out tricked yourself still. Being your at 132. If you're doing it my way(which as Pa pointed out is not the only way) you can cover the 3 there's no rush to play it up. The trick is not to bring down too much the first time through. I believe the red jack is the only thing you need to bring down the 2nd time through. and Pa is right about the 7th pile.

aaarrrggghhhhh do the cards magically leap out of the deck and arrange themselves so we don't have to bring them down?? Oh the frustration..oh the humanity!!!! I have snatched myself bald!!!

Try this - deep breath- hold- exhale-ahhhhhh.... : my way, K, 7, 5 first, don't bring down the K Q, move the 4 from the 5 to the 5. 4 on 5 to move the K. next move should be the J and move the K when the 4 plays up and you're home free.

what confuses me..is what do you do with the 9s..8s etc..
