Morning everyone. Had a tornado yesterday. No one was hurt, but LOTS of damage in the building next to mine and the one in front of mine. Really exciting !!

Mom...we know of these things here in Fla. Glad all is well.Our last big one destroyed 1200 homes in The Villages.

Ours wasn't that big, Norm. It was only on the ground for about 4 minutes, and as far as we can tell only destroyed 5 buildings. It spent most of it's time over the lake.

Good morning. Worst summer I can ever remember. Went to a wedding yesterday and the ceremony was outdoors in the sun, no shade. I almost passed out. NYC has the highest electric rates in the country and my electric bill this month will be astronomical. Wish I could get paid for playing solitaire. Not even a way of getting some work now in the summer, only Sept - June. Ahh, well, such is life!

Wow.Mom...thats scarry...We had a bang up storm Friday night..I was at our high school stadium hiding under the bleachers cuz my son was running in a 5k race..they ran and when I got home our yard looked like a bomb went off..it ripped my solar lights out of the ground and knocked all my planters down..uggg

Norm, I think that weather statistics email you sent me put FL as first in number of tornadoes. Never knew that. Big storm here in Minneapolis Friday night. 1 1/2 inches of rain in about 45 minutes. High winds, lightning, etc.

Glad you ar OK Mom. By the way a little know insurance fact is that if you have a sewage back up into your house your most homeowners insurance does not cover it. You have to add that on.

Yup, Donna, I am burning the midnight oil. lol Well, for me that is! I have been out of the house doing something for 4-5 hours a day, 6 days out of 7 and that is miraculous for me. The pool therapy has me exhausted, but in a good way, so I am sleeping better most nights.

Anyone able to play on an Ipad? Works great on my MacBookPro but not the Ipad. Game comes up, looks normal but you can't move any cards.

You are really lucky to have one. No idea..if you have a mouse it should work. Can you attach a mouse?

Actually the Ipad belongs to a friend of ours, guests from our B&B bought it as a gift for her and while she's waiting to get her cable installed I'm lucky to use it. No mouse, but the MacBookPro doesn't either and it works fine.
