Davidi , that is so cool. I like it when I get all my stuff from one garden. and I do the same thing, I freeze my fruit and make the jam when it's cooler. I think when the fruit is frozen first it makes much sweeter jam. I have beets to do as well, so I have a couple of weekends of canning to do. and not much solitaire to play. I missed the peaches this year. My kids just love the homemade stuff.
