I swear I tried 5 first a bunch of times earlier and never got lower moves, now it works. I guess I finally got the kinks ironed out.

Hey, Silver Eagle, I just got back from church myself. And I solved this one without clues the first time I tried -- not too badly at that: 162! Wonder if I can get it lower with clues. Hhmmm....
