Yepper-do, SusieP.    Thanks for the update.    A little information about that avatar.   My avatar is a clown done in Intarcia, which is an art form where pictures are made using the natural colors of various woods. My good friend and neighbor made this clown.

OK, so the problem is with Firefox.   If anyone is playing now, please tell me what you see as my avatar.

Strange, I made the change on Firefox.   Nothing took.    Just logged on using IE and all is as it should be.    Now I'll try it on Firefox.

Good Morning to All...Larry, I too had problems getting my avatar to change. I had get off the Internet and then reopen and go to SC before it would change.    Not a good day. I have to get a plumber out here to fix a leaky pipe. Right now I am using a wash basin - not fun, but the plants outside are benefitting.  LOL

Donna, when I select the file I want uploaded, it does not show in the window and there is nothing to update.    I really do not like this new site.    I'm back to the old game.

that shouldn't be necessary Larry. A refresh after doing the updated avatar usually brings it up. I had problems at first, as well.

excellent clue, Myrtle...helped a great deal! You click on the little pencil icon in the profile, Larry. After you click on update then you have to refresh the page or it doesn't take. Sometimes you have to do it twice.

Actually, the profile did update, but not the avatar.
